Tired of Being Tired?  

Eating these products will keep you in a tired and acidic state.  Disease exists in an acidic state. The end result will be fat around your middle, a flabby body, and accelerated aging.  These foods cause your adrenals to work overtime, which ultimately depletes your adrenal reserve.
