· Kevin was waking up everyday with an ongoing chronic headache.

Kevin’s first visit at Northfield Chiropractic was a referral from his dentist. As a matter of fact, he had an appointment scheduled with his dentist (thinking this may be the cause of his headaches) and he drove directly from the dental office to our office. Headaches are genuine physiological disorder that must be taken seriously. Kevin was living with reoccurring and frequent headaches (chronic) that effected every area of his life. What I did for Kevin was a specific spinal adjustment to remove nerve pressure, Kevin’s body healed itself. My job is to work with his body, teach him how to be healthy, and then do my best to help him get there. The truth is I got rid of what was stopping Kevin’s body from healing on its own. In addition to the chiropractic adjustment, relief and healing for Kevin came from a therapy we offer called low level laser therapy. This initiated a cascade of events for Kevin at the cellular level. Pain relief was a result of an increased endorphin release and healing came from a growth factor response within the cells and tissues. Together, Kevin and I addressed his headaches from the health within. This source was tapped through regular adjustments and laser therapy. He responded perfectly and his demeanor is notably “lifted.” It is obvious that he has gained freedom from his headaches and his work, play and rest are coming back into balance. Kevin is now free to start imagining his life—without headaches.
